When does christmas light season begin?

We are in season Nov 1st – Dec 25th.

How much does your service cost?

We have a $600.00 minimum to cover our overhead such as office space, insurance, staff and labor cots. A typical job for installation, take down, lights, clips, cords and storage for an entire year typically runs between $600.00 to $1000.00, but can go higher depending upon how custom you want to go as well as whether it is a residential or commercial application.

How do you price your projects?

There are several factors to bidding on the light installation. We offer incandescent as well as LED lights. The pricing is based on linear feet and how many sets of lights we string together as well as accessories  We provide an early bird special running until Thanksgiving. 

Do you take the lights down at the end of the season?

Yes. There is no need to contact us as taking down the displays is part of our service, and it’s included in the quote we provide for you before we start work. We begin taking lights down on January 2nd and continue to do so until all lights are removed.  Please be patient, it may take us a few months to take down all the lights. 

Is your work guaranteed?

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you have any problems with your installation call us and we will be there within 24 hours to correct it.

Do I need to be home for installation?

For exterior lighting you are not required to be home. 

Do we need to hire an electrician?

Most installations do not require an electrician. In the event that you have faulty outlets or not enough breakers to handle the number of lights, then yes we will ask you to hire an electrician. 

Will we install your lights and store them?

We will install your lights, however there is no guarantee on the lights. We provide insurance for you as an option, in that case we will guarantee the lights.  If you’d like us to store the lights, we can discuss terms at the time of the initial consultation. 

Is there a difference between our lights and what you might find at the big box stores?

Absolutely. c9 lights you find at the big box stores are not designed to string multiple sets together . We use professional lighting products and custom fit the lights to your project.
